Marella Explorer
The Marella Explorer offers 4 dining options, kids’ clubs with a special area for older children and teens. The sports and family deck offers mini football to basketball or you could try the mini golf. There are lots of areas to relax in including the pool area as well as the snack shack or the scoops ice cream parlour. If you want to enjoy some more dining options there are restaurants such as the surf and turf, Kora La, Umi Sushi or even the dining club for more high end cuisine options. Marella Discovery & Discovery 2
These sister ships are very similar and both offer a great range of cruising holiday options. For family cruises the Discovery ships offer kids’ clubs, baby centre and the hide out for the teenagers. Plus there is the wall where you can see if you can reach the top! There is the Oceans gym where you can keep fit or take a class and keep in shape during your holiday. Movies by moonlight is an open air cinema at the pool area where you can watch some great films each evening. Of course there are lots of other great entertainment options including the various shows and entertainment options throughout many of the bars and lounges on the ships. Other dining options include the Atrium bar, 47, Gallery 47, Bar 11, a Sushi bar, Surf and Turf steakhouse and more. Marella Dream 2019 Cruises
The Marella Dream is a good choice for family cruise holidays. It has a kids’ club which is open to 3-11 year olds with suitable activities. Plus there are movie nights and pyjama parties as well. As you would expect there are different swimming pools and of course a kids’ pool right next to another pool for adults towards the rear of the ship.
